At Oneness Life Hub, we want every purchase to feel good. If something isn’t quite right, returning it is simple and stress-free.
You have 15 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
We can’t accept returns on:
Custom or personalized products
Opened health & hygiene items (e.g., used yoga mats, supplements)
Anything marked Final Sale
Email us at [contactonenesslifehub@gmail.com] with your order number, what you’d like to return, and (if needed) a quick photo.
We’ll confirm if your item qualifies for Free Return and send you easy step-by-step instructions (plus a shipping label if available).
Ship the item back using the provided label or address — done!
Many of our products qualify for Free Return shipping (one free return per order).
If your item is eligible, return shipping is completely free.
If it isn’t, no problem — you can still return it, you’ll just cover the shipping cost.
As soon as your return is inspected and approved, we’ll issue a full refund (minus any original shipping fees if applicable).
Refunds go back to your original payment method — usually within 7–14 business days.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right — and in most cases you won’t need to send it back.
Need a different size, color, or style? Just return the item (if eligible) and place a new order for the one you’d like instead.
One free return per order: if you return more than one batch, additional shipping may apply.
Always wait for our return approval before shipping anything back — returns sent without authorization may not qualify for a refund.
